The Problem
The client runs a food delivery business and was spending several hours each week on admin tied to order data, including cleaning information and producing multiple outputs from the same set of orders through different processes. The setup worked at first, but it was not designed to scale as the business grew, so data issues began to slip through and the process became increasingly time-consuming and unsustainable.
How We Solved It
We built a simple workflow that could reproduce the full admin process with just a few button clicks. As part of that redesign, we also removed the need for Zapier, which reduced ongoing cost while making the process easier to run. The new setup is also better suited to future growth, so it can continue to handle higher order volume without the admin process becoming harder to manage.

The client is a sports organisation that runs leagues each year and had been scheduling every round manually. The work took significant time because each round had to account for multiple requirements, including avoiding consecutive games for players, preventing clashes across divisions, and working around team and referee availability. As the league grew, with more teams and divisions added each year, the scheduling process became increasingly complex and time-consuming.
How We Solved It
We built a scheduler tailored to capture their scheduling requirements in one system and automate the heavy lifting. It can now plan an entire season in advance, apply the key constraints consistently, and optimise the use of court space so the schedule is not only faster to produce but also more efficient and easier to manage.
